1. Acceptance

By registering, accessing or using the Apus Launch website service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Service description

The Apus Launch website service is a platform to build and run websites (templates, drag-and-drop builder, domains, dynamic content), provided on a subscription (SaaS) basis. Specific features depend on your plan.

3. Account & responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Your content

Content and websites you create on the Service ("Your Content") belong to you. You grant us the right to store, process and distribute Your Content as needed to provide and operate the Service.

You represent that Your Content does not break the law or infringe the intellectual property or rights of third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, distribute malware/spam, interfere with or disrupt the system, or copy/exploit the software without authorization.

6. Payment, plans & trial

Trial/free plans have feature and capacity limits. Subscription fees are charged by the plan and cycle (monthly/yearly) you choose and disclosed before payment.

Unless agreed otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew each cycle; you may cancel renewal before the next cycle.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or fail to pay, after reasonable notice except for serious violations. On termination, you may request an export of Your Content within a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free, and are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability for a claim does not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam; disputes are resolved first by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent authority in Vietnam.
